Android:
Go to Settings > About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times to activate Developer Options.
Go to Settings > System > Developer Options
Enable USB debugging
Open Wireless debugging and enable (note IP)
Plug phone in PC and allow debugging
Connect:
cd c:\adb adb devices adb tcpip 5555 adb connect IP
Unplug phone from PC
Disconnect:
adb disconnect adb kill-server
